Our Return Policy

Sometimes an item doesn't work out, we get it! Casa Ines will gladly accept returns or exchanges for the value of the merchandise within 14 days of delivery date. We offer returns, exchanges and online store credit for items in original condition (unwashed, unworn, with original tags). Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
